Philip Paul Bowe

More than 40 years ago, Phil and Robert C.(Bob) Cowell came to work for pioneer San Francisco labor lawyer Roland C.(Ro) Davis. A few years later, the firm of Davis, Cowell & Bowe was formed. Over the ensuing years, Phil, Bob and Ro guided Northern California and Las Vegas labor unions through many tumultuous battles. In recent years, Phil has specialized in class action pension cases against public retirement systems and has been instrumental in recovering millions of dollars for public retirees and their beneficiaries. Phil has proudly watched Davis, Cowell & Bowe grow to its current prominence on the national labor relations scene. He remains "Of Counsel" to the firm.
